PARTIAL ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROPER DELIVERY
If buyer, acting pursuant to [Citation of local enactment of UCC $ 2-601(c)], elects to select from nonconforming goods delivered by seller the required commercial units of the goods, seller shall be liable for any expense involved in making the selection, including the expense of any tests reasonably necessary for the purpose of selection.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
